Grimes (aka Claire Boucher) released her new album, Art Angels, last fall via 4AD. On Friday she shared a teaser trailer for her latest video, for “California,” and now below is the full video. Boucher self-directed the video with her brother Mac. In the clip she sings and dances along to the song in various locales, garbed in a selection of outfits, some more costume-y than others. Purity Ring’s Megan James, among others, cameos.
