Last month James Blake shared a remix of his Overgrown track “Life Round Here” featuring Chance the Rapper. Today the UK artist has premiered a music video for the revised take. Directed by Nabil, the visual showcases Blake and Chance cruising around the countryside in a convertible, watching the sights as they pass by. “I love juxtapositions so I thought I’d bring an old-school low-rider car to the countryside in England,” says Nabil in a behind-the-scenes interview with Noisey. “Get a mixture of characters, and try and bring it together and make something that makes people question things and hopefully doesn’t take away from the track.” Click below to watch the video as well as the behind-the-scenes featurette.
