Though she hasn’t released any official material since new her 2010 triple LP Have One on Me, the always lovely Joanna Newsom has emerged from some time in the studio with a stellar cover of Sandy Denny’s 1971 folk song “The North Star Grassman and The Ravens.” Paired with the track is a new video directed by Maximilla Lukacs, promoting an upcoming fashion line from Melissa Coker’s Wren label. The clip itself features Newsom walking and poses wistfully in a gorgeous landscape, occasionally playing the harp and communing with an owl. Click below to watch.
