This Christmas will see the theatrical release of Ben Stiller’s directorial adaptation of James Thurber’s 1939 short story The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Featured heavily on the upcoming film soundtrack is singer/songwriter José González and his side band Junip. Having already shared “Step Out,” his euphoric collaboration with St. Vincent, González has premiered a music video for yet another included cut, “Stay Alive,” which was penned by Ryan Adams. Click below to watch the video, which sees González playing the same kind of bored office drone as Stiller’s titular character. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty soundtrack is out today.
