Los Angeles-based artist Julia Holter has premiered a new music video for her Loud City Song single “This Is A True Heart.” Directed by Eugene Kotlayrenko and shot at the city’s port district and retro-futurist Bonaventure hotel, Holter plays “a conflicted ‘hacktivist’ torn between personal ties and professional duty.” Click below to see which side she chooses.
