Killer Mike (a solo artist and in Run the Jewels) has interviewed Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Mike and Sanders talked in November at Mike’s barbershop. Now the full conversation between the rapper and self-proclaimed “democratic socialist” is online, posted to YouTube in six videos, which can all be watched below. They discuss socialism, how Mike’s upbringing informed his political views, Donald Trump, prison reform, the legalization of marijuana, income inequality, Citizen’s United, and more.
