Today director Baz Lurhmann’s visually elaborate adaptation of The Great Gatsby opens in theaters nationwide. Coinciding with the release Lana Del Rey, who is featured alongside Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Florence and the Machine, The xx, and others on the film’s soundtrack, has premiered a music video for her single “Young and Beautiful.” Directed by Chris Sweeney and Sophie Muller the clip features Del Rey shining diamonds from her ears and singing against the silhouettes and shadows of a large orchestra.
