UK-based ensemble Fanfarlo have premiered, “Landlocked,” a brand new track featured on their forthcoming third album Let’s Go Extinct. In an interview with Rolling Stone, frontman Simon Balthazar says the song is about “reaching out from the isolation of one’s soul and how we long for that oceanic feeling” and “is perhaps a song about our labyrinthine mind, with its blind alleys and bewildering reflections, indistinguishable from the real thing – its staggering possibilities and heartbreaking limitations.”

Showcasing the song the band has paired it with simple visual clip created by Inga Birgisdóttir, who has collaborated in the past with Sigur Rós. The video features Birgisdóttir’s sister, Lilja, twirling under a red sky overlooking a body of water on a hill. Click below to watch and listen. Let’s Go Extinct arrives Feb. 11.
