M.I.A.
M.I.A. performed last night at Montreal’s Metropolis. There, she rocked the mid-size venue by unveiling a new song, presumably from her forthcoming full-length Matangi (due out later this year via Interscope). Check out the fan made video of the ravey tune below.

Of course I would NOT enjoy the music on these CD’s, as you know, but your wrnitig makes me terribly curious to hear for myself what you have described. Your critiquing of these female artists (CD’s) employs some very sophisticated and creative thinking, very alive and fresh, colorful imagery. I believe you is extremely gifted. I think you has the makings of a respected columnist or music critic. I copied the 3 critiques and put them into an e-mail to Phillip, who will no doubt critique your critiquing, which is what I want him to do. His critiquing of literature leaves my mind totally addled that anyone could THINK like that. And your critiquing of music affects me the same way. I think you could be a respected columnist, maybe even syndicated. And I am delighted with your vocabulary! Now if you could only get your room tidied up!!!
