Last night Morrissey braved an appearance on The Colbert Report. Before performing “People Are the Same Everywhere” for the broadcast audience and “I’m Throwing My Arms Around Paris” as a web exclusive Moz sat down for a typical Colbert interview where the faux pundit grilled the rock legend on being a “legend,” his disgust with the British royal family, the obligatory plea of a Smiths reunion, and his aggressive vegetarianism (the entire staff of the Report had to get rid of all the meat in the building for Morrissey to even show up). Head down below to watch the fun, back-and-forth talk as well as the performances.
