Watch: Mutual Benefit - “Auburn Epitaphs” Video
The Cowboy's Prayer EP Out Now Via Other Music

Mutual Benefit
Since Fall is officially here, it’s time to indulge in some particularly Autumnal indie folk. Jordan Lee, better known by his stage name Mutual Benefit, is happy to oblige with his latest video, “Auburn Epitaphs,” from his recently re-eleased 2011 EP The Cowboy’s Prayer. The video is a collage of vintage film reels and lays the nostalgia on pretty thick. “Auburn Epitaphs” was directed by David Dean Bukhart, who got Lee’s attention by posting a fan-made video of another Mutual Benefit track, “Golden Wake.” Lee was impressed, and reached out to Bukhart to direct a video that “compliments a song rather than forces its own construct on the music.” Check it out below.
