Shows off Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, and More

DC Comics
At the Warner Bros. panel at Comic-Con today they showed a brand new trailer for the much anticipated DC Comics movie showdown Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Director Zach Synder and the cast of the movie were also present of course, as were the cast of the Suicide Squad movie. The first trailer for Suicide Squad was shown as well, but hasn’t been released to the Internet has of yet. The new Batman v Superman trailer has been however and it shows off a lot more than the earlier teaser did, including Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, and Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth.
The trailer explains why Batman and Superman, generally allies, would face off against each other. Some fanboys complained about how much of Metropolis was destroyed during the climax of Man of Steel and that actually plays right into the plot of Batman v Superman. It seems as though Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) lost a whole Wayne Enterprises building, including the loss of employees and/or friends, when Superman (Henry Cavill) fought General Zod and he blames Superman and feels he must be stopped. How Luthor and Wonder Woman play into all this remains to be seen. Check out the trailer below.
