Tears for Fears
Closing out a string of select tour dates this past weekend at the Project Pabst Music Festival in Portland, new wave veterans Tears for Fears delivered a surprise live cover of Radiohead‘s “Creep” for the attending crowd. The duo have been quite familiar with playing other artists’ music of late, recording their own versions of Arcade Fire‘s “Ready to Start” and Animal Collective‘s “My Girls” last year to help them kickstart the creative process for their own forthcoming album, the pair’s first since 2004’s Everybody Loves A Happy Ending. While there has yet to be any official word on the new LP’s release date, details should be arriving soon. In the meantime click below to watch the fan-captured footage of their cover.
