The much-anticipated first trailer for the fourth Avengers movie has been shared. The follow-up to this year’s incredibly huge (box office wise) Avengers: Infinity War, the sequel also now has an official title, Avengers: Endgame. Infinity War ended on a major cliffhanger, which will finally be resolved on May 3, 2019. Watch it below.
The trailer doesn’t show much on the way of big action set pieces. It starts with Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) adrift in space. Then we see Captain America (Chris Evans) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) vow to fix the events of the last film. There are glimpses of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Karen Gillan as Nebula, and Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk. Also, two heroes who weren’t in Infinity War, Scott Lang/Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and Clint Barton/Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), show up. Brothers Anthony and Joe Russo direct, as they did Infinity War. The movie is due out via Disney.
