The Flaming Lips performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night. But instead of doing a track from their recent Miley Cyrus collaboration or 2014’s With a Little Help from My Fwends, the band performed their 1995 song “Bad Days,” a track from Clouds Taste Metallic. It was performed in honor of their new box set, Heady Nuggs: 20 Years After Clouds Taste Metallic, which includes the original album, B-sides, live cuts, and more. It’s out now via Warner Bros.
