In this new Funny or Die video, The New Pornographers frontman A.C. Newman visits New York’s Brill Building—a.k.a. the namesake for his band’s excellent new album Brill Bruisers. He’s met by the buildings’ (fictional) last songwriters in residence, Julie Klausner and comedian/radio host Jake Fogelnest, who have a few choice words for his work. (Spoiler: it’s not good.) Watch the hilarious clip below, along with a live performance from the entire band. Brill Bruisers is out now on Matador.
