Weyes Blood (aka Natalie Mering) is releasing a new album, Front Row Seat to Earth, on October 21 via Mexican Summer. Last week she put out a video for the six-and-a-half minute long “Do You Need My Love,” now here’s one for another track from the album, “Generation Why.” Like the “Do You Need My Love” one, Mering self-directed the video. A press release describes the video as such: “Natalie Mering and pals Michael Collins and Shags Chamberlin jaunt across a future dystopian landscape where it seems our gadgets are imbued with life, heart and blood. What happens when technology becomes so embedded in our world that it literally takes on a life of its own?” Watch it below, followed by Weyes Blood’s upcoming tour dates.
