Weyes Blood and Ariel Pink are putting out a collaborative EP, Myths 002, on January 27 via Mexican Summer. It partly ties into the label’s Marfa Myths festival on March 9 - 12 in Marfa, Texas. Weyes Blood is involved in a collaborative performance at the festival, although with Perfume Genius instead of Ariel Pink. Now Weyes Blood and Ariel Pink have shared the first single from the EP, “Tears on Fire,” which you can listen to below. Weyes Blood has also announced some new tour dates, which are also below. Ariel Pink is scheduled to release a new album on Mexican Summer later this year.
