Under the Radar‘s Best of the Decade Issue will be hitting stores in a couple of weeks. The cover features five notable indie musicians from different bands all photographed together. Every day this week we will be revealing a different cover artist until the final cover is revealed this Friday.

The Best of the Decade Issue features Under the Radar‘s Top 200 Albums of the Decade and all five of the cover artists have at least one album somewhere on the list. The issue also includes interviews with other great artists on the list.

Yesterday we revealed that the first cover artist was of Montreal’s Kevin Barnes. Today we reveal that the second cover artist is Devendra Banhart.

Check back tomorrow when we reveal the third cover artist and again every day this week.

ha ha.  OK I’m betting the last 3 shadows (R to L) are Brad Cox Trish Keenan and Jeff Mangum.  Last one a long-shot since it means he would have had to show up for the photo shoot, but it looks like him.

Oh yeah, Mangum also didn’t put out a record this decade.  Pfffft.
