Oasis have shared “Up in the Sky (Monnow Valley Version),” a previously unreleased track from the Definitely Maybe (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) reissue, which follows “Columbia (Sawmills Outtake).” The new reissue is due out August 30 on Big Brother. The previously unreleased take on the album track was shared via a lyric video. Check it out below.

The band’s Monnow Valley sessions for the album were abandoned because, as a press release puts it, “at the time, these recordings were felt to be overly technical and somewhat polished, at the expense of capturing the essence of the band.” So they ended up re-recording the album in the form it was released.
