Northern California’s Xiu Xiu is teaming up with At the Crossroads on their extensive spring tour. Their fundraising efforts will allow San Francisco-based At the Crossroads to continue providing services to street youth including counseling and outreach. The band will read off the names of all donors on a video, which will be posted online at tour’s end. While any donation will be acceptable on the road, different rewards await depending on the amount. Here’s the breakdown:

$1.00 - Post-show group picture of donors with the band

$5.00 - the band will mail you a postcard from the road

$10.00 - the band will email you a picture of the band on the road along with a description of the events immediately prior to and following the image

$30.00 - the band will mail you a random purchase from somewhere on the road

$50.00 - the band will mail you a special David Horvitz collection of Xiu Xiu photos

And hey, if they can raise $5000, they will post a free download of a never before heard song featuring Mary Pearson of High Places. If you can’t make the live performances, don’t fret. You can donate online at the band’s website and still receive these great prizes (except for the $1.00 prize, of course)!
