Xiu Xiu released a new album, FORGET, earlier this year via Polyvinyl. Now the band have shared a video for the album’s title track, “FORGET.” In it the band’s Angela Seo deals with a terrible heckler and eventually fights her. Watch it below, followed by the band’s upcoming tour dates.

Seo had this to say about the video in a press release: “I find working in the entertainment industry grotesque and mortifying. So many people in it have the horrifying combination of delusional self-grandeur and nauseating insecurities, but I still want to make and play music and art so all I can do is laugh at myself and understand that the grotesque, mortifying absurdities are just part of doing anything decent.”

And don’t forget that the band are donating all their Bandcamp proceeds for the next four years to the ACLU.
