Yeasayer Release Fragrant World Album Tracks Via Scavenger Hunt
New Record Out Aug. 21
Aug 01, 2012
Yeasayer
Current Under the Radar cover stars Yeasayer have just a few weeks left before releasing their latest album Fragrant World on Aug. 21. Knowing how tough it must be to wait that long, the band has devised a clever game that will allow fans to listen to the record in its entirety, that is if they have enough fortitude to find the tracks.
With the help of Yoshi Sodeoka, the band says that they have “created a moving visual for every song on our new album Fragrant World and have hidden them all over the internet.” According the Yeasayer these PSCYVOTVs (or PREEMPTIVE SELF-COMMISSIONED YEASAYER VORSTELLUNG or TRACK VISUALIZERs) will live on the web until Friday at 8 p.m. EST and that fans will get clues throughout the week via Twitter on where find the new tracks as they go live. Sounds fun. Happy hunting everyone.
