Yukimi Nagano (aka Yukimi) of Swedish electro-pop band Little Dragon has released a fifth single, “Peace Reign,” ahead of the release of her debut solo album, For You. The album will be out on March 28 via Ninja Tune. Check out “Peace Reign” below, followed by Yukimi’s upcoming tour dates.

In a press release, Yukimi says: “‘Peace Reign’ is about not giving up on the dream that this world can be a peaceful place. Believing in hope and a brighter future for the generations to come.”

Nagano co-wrote the song with Erik Bodin, Kelvin Mercer, and Lianne La Havas. Bodin also produced the song.

Reflecting on For You, Yukimi shares: “I want this music to really be a force to connect people to each other, and step away from the madness of everything on the planet right now. And I’m excited about embarking on that journey on my own—the expression really feels pure.”

The album includes “Break Me Down,” a new song Yukimi shared in October that was one of our Songs of the Week.

Little Dragon’s last album was 2023’s Slugs of Love.
