Later this week, Wisconsin-based guitarist and folk singer/songwriter Courtney Hartman is sharing her third full-length album, With You. Arriving four years after her 2021 sophomore album, Glade, the record represents a turn from the insular and contemplative songcraft of her previous work. She recorded that album largely alone while living in a barn on the Colorado property where she grew up. In contrast, With You is a more winsome and communitarian effort, written, funded, and recorded with friends and musical collaborators in Eau Claire. More
