Mercury Prize winners alt-J have announced that they will release an upcoming concert film titled An American Wave. Premiering on Warner Sound’s YouTube channel on Friday, July 12 at 9 p.m. EST, the picture will feature footage taken from a performance in Kansas City at the Midland Theater and include interviews with fans and tastemakers about the band. Click below to watch a trailer for the film as well as dates for the quartet’s new North American tour starting this August.
