Britpop adjacent band Cornershop have announced a new album, England Is a Garden, and shared a new song, “No Rock, Save in Roll.” England Is a Garden is due out March 6, 2020 via the band’s own Ample Play Records. It will be the band’s first full-length album of new songs in eight years, since 2012’s Urban Turban. The album’s tracklist is still forthcoming, but above is its cover art and below is “No Rock, Save in Roll.”

Tjinder Singh and Ben Ayres are the core of Cornershop. They formed the band in 1991 alongside former members Avtar Singh (Tjinder’s brother) and David Chambers, who both left in 1995. The band’s biggest album was their third, 1997’s When I Was Born for the 7th Time, and the had a #1 hit single in the UK with Fat Boy Slim’s remix of that album’s “Brimful of Asha.”
