Dan Deacon Expands Tour, Reveals Album Cover
Flags Flags and more Flags
Jun 14, 2012 Dan Deacon
Dan Deacon just unveiled the artwork for his forthcoming album America (due out August 28). And hey, what do you know? It features both purple mountains and amber waves of grain!
In honor of all this patriotism, Deacon’s got a special treat for fans. Those who preorder the CD will receive a 2X3 foot flag, featuring the art work. Those who take a picture of the flag and share it via Tumblr/Instagram with the hash tag, #dandeaconamerica will be entered to win a special cash prize, and have their image featured on a forthcoming single. Details you say? They can be found here.
Finally, Deacon has also announced a massive expansion of his fall tour. Two drummers! John Maus! Solo Sets! Check below to see what constellation is coming through your town.
