American Laundromat Records have announced Say Yes! A Tribute to Elliott Smith, which is due out October 15. The Elliott Smith tribute album will feature newly recorded covers of Smith’s songs by Julien Baker, Amanda Palmer, Jesu/Sun Kil Moon, Yuck, Waxahatchee, Lou Barlow, J Mascis, Adam Franklin of Swervedriver, Tanya Donelly, and others. The full tracklist is below. It will also feature Juliana Hatfield’s cover of “Needle in the Hay,” which was previously included on American Laundromat’s 2014 compilation I Saved Latin! A Tribute to Wes Anderson. You can listen to Hatfield’s cover below.
