Foo Fighters have announced a new album, a music festival, and a tour. Concrete and Gold is the band’s ninth album and it’s due out September 15 via Roswell/RCA. Greg Kurstin produced the album. On October 7 Foo Fighters will headlining their new festival, Cal Jam ‘17 at Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino, CA. The rest of the lineup will include Queens of the Stone Age, Cage The Elephant, Liam Gallagher, The Kills, Royal Blood, Japandroids, Wolf Alice, Bob Mould, Bully, White Reaper, and more. They have also announced some tour dates, which are below, along with the album’s tracklist and cover art. The album includes the previously shared single “Run,” the video for which is also below.

Frontman Dave Grohl had this to say about the album in a press release: “I wanted it to be the biggest sounding Foo Fighters record ever. To make a gigantic rock record but with Greg Kurstin’s sense of melody and arrangement… Motorhead’s version of Sgt. Pepper... or something like that.”
