English electro-industrial pioneer Gary Numan has announced that he will release Splinter (Songs From A Broken Mind), his 20th studio album and first in over seven years. Co-produced with long-time collaborator Ade Fenton and featuring guitar work from Nine Inch Nails guitarist Robin Finck the album was recorded in England and completed at Numan’s home studio in Los Angeles, California, following a permanent move to the U.S. at the end of 2012.
