James Blake stopped by Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night to play “The Wilhelm Scream” a track from his much-hyped debut album. A melancholy, technically peferct performance for sure, but the real news broke later on the internet via Questlove’s twitter. Apparently the dub-step king is set to appear on the next Roots album. Says Questlove, “@jamesblake was excited & giddy once i informed him that yes indeed he shall be making an appearance on number 13 #Undun.” Check out last night’s performance below.
