Jason Molina’s First Band’s Album Release Announced
Spineriders' Hello Future Tinglies Limited Release On Cassette
Jul 25, 2013 Jason Molina
Misra announced they will release Hello Future Tinglies by Spinerider, a little known teenage punk band from Ohio circa 1991. The album will be released on a limited edition cassette as a tribute to the late Jason Molina, Songs: Ohia frontman and bassist for Spineriders, who passed away in March.
Proceeds from sales of the cassette will go to benefit the Musicians Emergency Medical Association. Molina was a profoundly prolific musician, releasing ten albums as Songs: Ohia, among numerous collaborations and side projects. The cassette can be purchased here.
