Jenny Lewis and Johnathan Rice Are “Having Fun Now”
Is This Their Album Cover and Title?

It’s already been revealed that Rilo Kiley frontwoman and solo artist Jenny Lewis and her longtime boyfriend (and solo artist in his own right) Johnathan Rice are releasing an album together under the name Jenny and Johnny. The band has an official website here and there are rumors of a record to be due out later this summer or in early fall. Well we’ve just received a cryptic message from their publicist. All that was included in the email was the jpeg in this post, that we can only presume to be Jenny and Johnny’s album cover, along with a subject line that read “I’m Having Fun Now.” We’re guessing that might be the album title, but their publicist is remaining coy, neither confirming nor denying whether or not it is indeed the album’s cover and title.
What is confirmed are some upcoming Jenny and Johnny tour dates and festival appearances already announced on their website:
September 6 - Seattle, WA - Bumbershoot (Seattle Center)
September 18 - Boston, MA - Agganis Arena (opening for Pavement)
September 19 - Brooklyn, NY - Williamsburg Waterfront (opening for Pavement)
September 22 - Philadelphia, PA - Trocadero Theatre (with Superchunk)
October 3 - Hollywood, CA - Palladium (opening for Belle & Sebastian)
