Stockholm’s garage punk quintet Kerosene Kream, composed of Adam Hamson, Edvin Ottoson, Fredrik Hollsten-Martinez, Hilda Monasterio, and Theodor Kentros, make a powerful entrance with their PNKSLM debut EP, “Buying Time.” Out today ( August 30th) in limited edition vinyl and digital formats, the EP showcases the band’s raw energy and powerful but melodic visceral modern-punk sound. Their latest single, “Psychedelic Ranger,” a staple of their raucous live shows, has just been unveiled. This follows their earlier single “Mindkiller,” released in June while the band supported the legendary The Gories.
Kerosene Kream have built a loyal fan base on the European punk scene, performing alongside notable acts like Dungen, Illuminati Hotties, Holograms, and Powerplant. Emerging from Stockholm’s vibrant underground scene, which also birthed bands like Vi**ra Boys, the band gained a reputation as a formidable live act across Northern Europe.
With the release of Buying Time, the band is now gearing up for a series of live dates, including an appearance at the Left of the Dial Festival in Rotterdam and their UK debut at PNKSLM’s The Slime Ball at The Shacklewell Arms in London.
