Lambchop (the project of Kurt Wagner) have announced a new album, This (is what I wanted to tell you), and shared a music video for its first single, “The December-ish You.” This (is what I wanted to tell you) is due out March 22, 2019 via Merge. The album is the follow-up to 2016’s FLOTUS. Check out the video for “The December-ish You” below, followed by the album’s tracklist and cover art, as well as Lambchop’s upcoming tour dates.

Wagner had this to say about “The December-ish You” in a press release: “Picture yourself on a boat on a river, with tangerine trees and marmalade skies… This is not that.”
