It’s been three years since Ladytron‘s last studio effort, 2008’s Velocifero, and the British electronic outfit is back in full synth-pop form with the much-anticipated Gravity the Seducer. Although its still quite some time before Gravity the Seducer drops—it’s currently slated for a Sept. 12 release in the U.K. and Sept. 13 stateside—Ladytron teased fans today by unveiling their first single off the album, “White Elephants.” A possible homage to Ernest Hemingway’s great short story, “White Elephants” is a shimmering track that seems to stroll rather than race, as many Ladytron tracks often do.
