For those that may have overlooked Dayve Hawk’s Memory Tapes project back in 2009 with his debut LP Seek Magic, audiences will get a second chance to be properly introduced to the New Jersey-based songwriter with his upcoming sophomore effort Player Piano. Prepping for the record’s July 5 release, Hawk has unveiled the stream of one of the album’s standout single “Wait in the Dark” (“Today Is Our Life” also below, was released a while back). Playing all the parts himelf, you can check out the dancy pop track(s) below.
