Gesaffelstein’s remix of Phoenix track “Bankrupt!” takes the peppy pop tune to the dark place. The synths are super sludgy, and “Forever is for everyone else” sounds downright morose. It’s a strangely enjoyable transformation. Listen below. Bankrupt! is out now on Glassnote.
