On Oct. 7 Zola Jesus, a.k.a. Nika Roza Danilova, will release her brand new LP, Taiga. Recently sharing the album’s lead single “Dangerous Days,” Danilova has premiered a brand new remix of the track by Northampton based musician and Mute label-mate Maps, who says in a press release that, “‘Dangerous Days’ was a real pleasure to remix. It’s a really uplifting track, and Nika’s vocals are so powerful. When I worked on the song I wanted to really push the euphoric elements as much as I could, while still keeping the vibe of the original.” Click below to listen to the revisionist take.
