Morrissey has surely had many an awkward interaction with adoring fans, and his recent show in Hamburg was no exception. According to this NME report, not only did Morrissey insist that the audience member leave after heckling the performer with a “fuck you,” but Morrissey added at the end, “And you can fuck yourself.” Apparently, the concertgoer reacted negatively to a comment Morrissey made between songs about hamburgers. An aide escorted the fan out just before the band launched into the next number, The Smiths’ “Ask.” Lesson learned: You don’t mess with the Morrissey.
