On March 16 Shure presents Under the Radar’s third of three free SXSW day parties. Leading up to the event we’re letting you know about each artist playing. Today we’re spotlighting of Montreal.

In a previous post we gave you the basic party details of the party: The party happens from 12:00-6:00 PM at the Flamingo Cantina at 6th and Red River (515 E. 6th Street, Austin, TX 78701). All events are free and open to the public—no RSVPs or badges are required. The third day also features performances from Deerhoof, Lost in the Trees, Cymbals Eat Guitars, Django Djang, Youth Lagoon, and La Sera. Come early for free rum courtesy of RedRum and VooDoo Spiced Rum (while supplies last). Other sponsors include PRS Guitars, Dorado Music Packaging, and Motormouthmedia.

Glitter-glam collective of Montreal have always been an Under the Radar favorite. For our party they’ve prepared a special treat—an exclusive performance of 2005 album, The Sunlandic Twins.
