OFF! Announce New Album, “Wasted Years”

In additional punk news, today OFF! Announced that they’ll release their new album Wasted Years on April 8. The sixteen song effort was recorded to tape in the quartet’s practice space. That’s the album art above, created by artist Raymond Pettibon, who has also done the honors for Black Flag and Sonic Youth.
