The sign of a good song—when you can strip it back to its basics and it still manages to give you chills. Given that criterion, Claire‘s tune “Neon Love” is one of the greats. The German band recently participated in the “1 Mic 1 Take” series, recorded live at Capitol Music Studios in Los Angeles. And while it may sound cheesy to stay that their take of “Neon Love” glows, you try to come up with a better description for what they accomplish. Watch our video premiere below, and if that tickles your fancy, you’ll be happy to know that Claire’s debut album Broken Promise Land is out now on Astralwerks.
