Premiere: Pam Shaffer and the Witching Hour - “Never Lost”
Blame it On The Moon Due Out Later This Year
May 05, 2014 Pam Shaffer
“Never Lost” is the new track from Pam Shaffer, who has now rechristened herself “Pam Shaffer and the Witching Hour.” The song marks a major depart for the Los Angeles musician, as she moves from singer/songwriter fare to something a bit more Portisthead/Kate Bush influenced. (She calls it “space witch” music. We’ll totally run for that.)
Her new album Blame it On the Moon is due out later this year. In the meanwhile she’s producing a series of interactive stories called Metalalia alongside Alex Nicholson. Check out the details of that project at the group’s Kickstarter page.

Space witches and space westerns was the first thought I had on it. But sincerely, I wish your her all the success she deserves! Better than an industry afraid to test new approaches….
