An Entire Teen Flick in Under Five Minutes

“We Were Meant 2 Be” is the latest piece of symphonic synth-pop from New Zealand’s Princess Chelsea. The video for the single is true to the epic tenor of the track, and does an admirable job of visualizing an entire coming-of-age saga in a runtime of just under five minutes (special mention must be made of the climactic, power ballad-style guitar solo, which sounds like something Slash might’ve played after walking out of a church). “We Were Meant 2 Be” was taken from Princess Chelsea’s conceptual sci-fi LP The Great Cebernetic Depression, which is out now on Flying Nun and Lil’ Chief.
