Under the Radar is in Olso, Norway this week for by:Larm. Our special mixtape series in honor of the festival continues with an entry from the mysterious Norwegian producer, Sea Change.

“I recently moved back to Oslo from Berlin,” she says of her mix, which includes Chromatics, Washed Out, Bear in Heaven, and Rhye. “For the last couple of weeks I’ve missed that city so much. So I decided to make a nostalgic daydream compilation of the music that I associate with being there. Trying to capture the Berlin-feeling. This is everything from music I heard on concerts, or new music that came out that year, or just music I read about, or danced to or found inspiring in Berlin.”
