Radiohead Release New PolyFauna App
Inspired by The King of Limbs Sessions
Feb 11, 2014 Radiohead
Radiohead have unveiled their very own mobile app. Called PolyFauna the project was inspired by The King of Limbs recording sessions and uses imagery and sounds from the song “Bloom.” According to a post written by Thom York, “It comes from an interest in early computer life-experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious.” A screenshot of the app is above. Yorke’s description of the app reads:
“Your screen is the window into an evolving world.
Move around to look around.
You can follow the red dot.
You can wear headphones.
You can get some pretty strange looks on the train.”
Download it free here (iOS) and here (Android).

Very interesting App. A lot of Apps I see these days don’t really provide anything that I’m interested in, but I’m most definitely interested in this one.

There are a lot of mobile apps this day. No one even know which one is the best. The best apps are cloned by other developers.
