Summer Camp (aka British married couple Elizabeth Sankey and Jeremy Warmsley) have announced a new holiday themed EP simple entitled Christmas and have shared a video for “I Don’t Wanna Wait Til Christmas.” The EP is available to download and stream now. It features five songs, three Christmas-themed originals and covers of “Last Christmas” and “Christmas Wrapping.”

The band commented on the EP in a press release: “We love Christmas and we love Christmas music. Christmas can be a time of high drama; the old family argument that always seems to come up, or it can be a time when you realize all the great stuff in your life. We’ve made an EP with some new songs celebrating all those things, and we’ve put a couple of our favorite Christmas covers on there too.”

If you’re in London on December 19, the band is performing an acoustic session at Hackney Picturehouse, which is followed by a screening of the Will Ferrell Christmas classic Elf. The below video for “I Don’t Wanna Wait Til Christmas” features stock holiday footage from the mid 20th century. Earlier this year the band released their third album, Bad Love.
