SXSW Announces Partial Band List and Panelists

On March 17-21 Austin, Texas is the Place to Be

Additional news is slowly being released about this year’s SXSW Conference (March 17-21). In addition to another long list of performers (including Under the Radar-friendly artists Broken Social Scene, She & Him, Midlake, Cymbals Eat Guitars, The Invisible, Here We Go Magic, jj, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, and The Drums, among others), panels are slowly being revealed, each exploring a different element of the music biz.
